|Recommended: NoThis was a very disappointing experience for me. Let me start by saying I love this community and the apartment homes. I was so impressed by the property I started my leasing application right away. However, my experience with the leasing management was very heartbreaking. To be honest the tour felt extremely rushed, I was told that if I didn't get approved or I decided to change my mind about the apartment I could receive a refund from the leasing agent Daja Alexander on the application fees. After starting the application process, I was called the very next day and informed that the rate for the application I was given would be different since I would not be moving in until July. Daja also expressed uncertainty about the exact rate at that time. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward and signing a lease for an unknown rate so I thought I was doing the right thing by canceling my application and reapplying closer to my move-in date. of how to operate within them. Also various systems that function using social media cell phones need to be written down with more explanation of their operations

|Recommended: NoPoor building structure — OMG Flooded twice in our apartment. Not acceptably at all. You shouldn't be renting out to anyone when the building is clearly not built correctly
